Show me how you would check that the direction indicators are working.
Applying the indicators or hazard warning switch and check functioning of all indicators. (may need to switch ignition on, prompt not to start engine)
Don't try and test your indicators individually, this wastes time and you're more likely to get something wrong.
The easiest way to test the indicators is simply to turn the hazard lights on.

Once you have turned the hazard lights on, exit the car and check that all six lights are working ( Two at the front and rear, and one on each side).
Remember: There is no need to start the engine or power the car to answer this question.
